What will the programme be like?

- 4 rotations
The programme brings together international experience, intensive personal development, on-the-job coaching and constant access to senior business leaders. You'll take on a wide range of roles; you’ll start as a Finance Partner supporting an area of the business such as Research & Development (R&D). Your next role will be in Corporate Finance, giving you a broader overview of our finance organisation. Your final role will be in a leadership position. Across the programme, you will gain both breadth and depth of experience to build on your existing skills and capabilities.
The focus will be to develop and expose you to a range of opportunities that meet your needs as well as those of the business. We are selective in our recruiting process so we can offer a more tailored programme and a more personal experience.
Where can I go?
Complete the programme and you’ll be equipped with the expertise and experience needed to take on a senior leadership position in your home country. We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach to training and development. Roles on completion of the programme will be based on individual capabilities - throughout the programme we’ll look to you to display the necessary behaviours to thrive in our business. There's no limit to success here, so it's up to you to prove yourself.
What will I learn?
Challenging rotations will give you a broad range of experience across our finance organisation. Although you'll be taking on challenging roles right from the start, we'll support your personal and career development at all times. Formal and on-the-job training is provided, as is access to senior management through an assigned sponsor from our finance leadership team. We will also offer you a mentor to support your ongoing development and provide constant support from the programme team.
The programme is a career differentiator for program members. Associates who are successful on the programme and are recognised for their contributions are well positioned to accelerate their careers in our finance function. Career paths vary widely by your interest, career alignment, and overall business need.

What do I need?
